Group assessments: Recognising top talents and team potentials
We evaluate groups with at most four candidates each in group assessments which take at most one day. We test candidates with respect to the desired criteria and provide the bases for decisions in terms of a group assessment report. This report contains the comparison of the tested candidates in terms of a strengths and weaknesses profile. In a potential analysis, we test the team performance of groups consisting of at most four persons and make recommendations about team and individual development.
