All of our work is based on a thorough initial briefing with our clients. In particular, the criteria, i.e. the specific competences which are to be evaluated, regardless of methods and tools, need to be determined as accurately and efficiently as possible.
Once these have been clarified, a detailed quote can be made. In addition to the assessment criteria, we will also specify the selected methods and tools to be used.

In our individual and group assessments we are committed to an integrated approach. We use a balanced combination of structured interviews, performance-related and personality analyses as well as practice-oriented case studies and role plays.

In addition to 180°/360° analyses in the sphere of management auditing and coaching, we also use selected methods and tools which are used in (executive) assessment.
