Brigitta Schläpfer after her education as qualified Swiss banking expert, she constantly continued her studies in management and management issues. Since 2006, Brigitta Schläpfer has been specialising in assessments, management audits and coaching. She qualified herself in different management and personality analysis methods and applies them regularly. Furthermore, Brigitta Schläpfer developed various professional HR consulting tools in which she regularly trains HR consultants on beginner as well as on professional level. In 2010, she founded assess + perform ag, which she managed and developed in its day-to-day operations till the beginning of 2012. Since 2012, Brigitta Schläpfer has been President of the Administrative Board. In this role she safeguards the constant strategic development of assess + perform ag.

As a result of her many years of work in the field of HR consulting and executive search, Brigitta Schläpfer possesses profound knowledge and experience in the handling of demanding executive search mandates on the highest management level. For many years, she had been responsible for all aspects of organisation development and process management as well as quality assurance COO of a prestigious HR consulting group. She also headed a renowned Swiss HC consulting company for many years as managing partner. This company focuses on recruiting specialists and management personalities. Prior to her involvement in HR consulting, Brigitta Schläpfer also worked for an American bank in the commercial banking sector. She also handled major international corporations at a large Swiss bank.

She gained managerial experience in an executive position at a Swiss bank in export and trade financing. In addition to her vast field of activities, Brigitta Schläpfer holds various seats on advisory boards.
Apart from being a native German speaker, Brigitta Schläpfer also speaks English and French on a business level.

Brigitta Schläpfer has one daughter and loves to spend time in nature while riding her horse. She also likes to cook and enjoys social evenings with her family and friends or to relax with a good book, especially inspiring biographies of interesting personalities. Because of her interest in foreign cultures, she likes to travel to different countries.
